Pour installer un package, il suffit de se rendre dans le répertoire du même nom. Par exemple pour Apache : /usr/pkgsrc/www/apache

3.1 Procedure d’installation

% cd /usr/pkgsrc/www/apache
% make

Télécharge et compile Apache ainsi que ses dépendances.

% make install

Installe Apache sur notre système

% make clean

Nettoie, c’est-à-dire supprime, les dossiers où ont été compilés Apache et ses dépendances.
